赁敦敏,男,生于1972年1月,工学博士,香港理工大学博士后,教授。主要研究方向为介电、铁电及压电材料、物理及器件。自2000年始,先后参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目与面上项目、863项目、香港研发局等多项科研项目,主持了国家自然科学基金、四川省杰出青年基金等多项国家、省级科研课题。系统研究和开发了新型BNT及KNN基无铅压电陶瓷、器件,取得了相关研究成果。先后在Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Applied Physics、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics、Applied Physics A: Materials Science & Processing、Journal of the European Ceramic Society、Journal of the American Ceramic Society、Materials Letters、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、压电与声光、功能材料、高技术通讯等中外刊物上发表论文123篇。其中,以第一作者发表论文61篇[包括49篇SCI光盘版英文论文,12篇中文核心论文;英文论文被SCI引用448次,其中他引358次;第一作者英文论文单篇最高被SCI引用88次,其中他引64次;第一作者中文论文被《中国知网—期刊论文库》引用344次;第一作者中文论文单篇最高被《中国知网—期刊论文库》引用92次];作为合著者,发表论文62篇[英文SCI论文28篇;非SCI英文论文4篇;中文核心论文28篇;英文SCI论文被SCI引用109次,其中他引89次;中文论文被《中国知网—期刊论文库》引用138次];获得授权中国发明专利9项(第一发明人2项,第二发明人6项,第三发明人1项),申请中国发明专利5项。申请人的研究成果已受到了国内外同行的广泛关注,多次为Advanced Materials, Functional Materials Letters ,Journal of the American Ceramic Society, Current Applied Physics, Applied Physics A: Materials Science & Processing, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Physica Status Solidi (a) - applications and materials science, Journal of Materials Science, Materials and Engineering B, Sensors and Actuators A: Physical等国际学术期刊审稿,获邀为国际学术会议特邀报告,获聘为国际学术期刊Global Journal of Physics Express编委。
