四川省峨眉人，1982年9月生，2005年12月加入中国共产党，2012年3月于四川农业大学林学院参加工作，2011年获贵州大学动物学理学博士学位，现为四川农业大学副教授，硕士生导师，森林保护系副主任，四川省昆虫协会理事。
