【个人简介】：

四川大学商学院战略与人力资源管理系副教授、硕士生导师。2012年毕业于英国拉夫堡大学，获心理学博士学位。现兼任澳大利亚科廷大学心理学与语言病理学学院高级研究员、博士生导师，英国心理学会注册心理学家（CPsychol），国际心理学测试委员会会员(International Test Commission)。荣获四川省“蓉漂计划”特聘专家（2019）、第十二批四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选（2018），获第十二届四川省教育厅哲学社会科学科研成果三等奖。
目前已发表20余篇SCI、SSCI、EI及国际会议论文，如In-lecture learning motivation predicts students’ motivation, intention, and behaviour for after-lecture learning: Examining the trans-contextual model across universities from UK, China, and Pakistan； Preventing the spread of H1N1 influenza infection during a pandemic: Autonomy-supportive advice versus controlling instruction；Effects of big-five personality traits on the quality of relationship and satisfaction in Chinese coach-athlete dyads；Conceptual and measurement issues of the complementarity dimension of the coach-athlete relationship across cultures.主持多项省部级课题，如《新媒体时代普法创新机制研究》，《企业劳动关系氛围评价体系的构建与应用研究》，以及《疾病常识模（CSM）及修正的疾病感知量表IPQ-R在不同疾病患者中的恒定性及普遍适用性》等纵向课题，《天府新区新型劳动关系管理模式建立与推进项目》，《邛崃市薪酬与劳动关系调研项目》等横向课题，为多家企业及政府部门提供咨询服务。现担任《Frontiers in Psychology》编委会评审编辑，《Psychology of Sport and Exercise》, 《International Journal of Coaching Science》，《Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise》等多份科学杂志的评审专家。
