主要研究方向

铬金属是重要的战略资源,全球储量超过120亿吨,是地壳中含量最为丰富的五种过渡金属元素之一。相较于第一过渡系其他金属如铁、钴、镍、锰及铜的氯化物,氯化铬的毒性较低(Organometallics 2017, 36, 4071)。尽管铬催化已实现工业应用(如在工业上用于催化生产高密度聚乙烯),相较于其他金属催化,铬金属的催化性质与反应活性大多未被研究与开发。研究方向是探索铬低价金属的催化性质与发展铬催化合成化学,揭示铬催化的特点和规律,解决合成化学中普遍存在的选择性难题及惰性键难转化的挑战。
主要工作业绩
基于铬金属有机化学多局限于当量反应及中高价态金属催化研究的现状,聚焦于构建铬低价金属有机催化体系,围绕“铬-底物/配体配位与控制反应选择性的关系”的科学问题展开研究,针对“惰性碳-杂键活化与不饱和键转化存在的选择性难题”和“铬金属催化活性较低、难发生双电子转移基元反应”的挑战,利用底物/配体电子及位阻效应调节铬金属催化活性,控制惰性碳-杂键转化及不饱和键加氢的选择性。

作为主要贡献人分别在Chem. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Commun., ACS Catal., Chem. Common., Org. Lett., Organometallics等刊物上发表论文五十余篇,其中单篇最高他引300余次,7篇论文他引超过一百次。
