一、个人简介
罗晓明，女，1982年10月生，四川省简阳市人，汉族，中共党员，博士，预防医学教研室主任，成都医学院“优秀党员”、成都医学院“优秀教师”，中国毒理学会会员，中国生物材料协会会员。主要研究方向：药物控释与缓释靶向制剂和纳米材料毒理学机制。主持国家自然科学基金（青年基金）、四川省教育厅自然科学（重点项目）、成都医学院校基金（重点项目）等科研项目3项；发表论文20余篇，其中SCI 18篇，第一作者和通讯作者身份发表SCI论文9篇，会议交流论文1篇。
