　　范继辉，男，河南开封人，博士，副研究员，主要从事工程水文学、生态水文学等方面的研究。

　　研究方向及科研工作：
　　主要从事工程水文学与生态水文学研究。
　　
　　先后主持了中科院西部之光人才培养计划、国家自然科学青年基金、水利部公益性行业专项、中科院科技服务网络计划（STS）等项目；作为科研骨干，参与了“973”计划课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目、中科院西部行动计划项目等。建立了长江上游水库群联合调度模拟系统，并得到长江三峡水利枢纽梯级调度通讯中心应用。
