【个人简介】
布和朝鲁，男，教授，生于1968年，中共党员，研究生学历，博士学位。1993-1997年在中国科学院大气物理研究所学习气象学专业，获气象学专业博士学位。现任中国科学院大气物理研究所国际气候与环境科学中心副主任。
