黄虎，男，汉族，1987年1月生，副教授，博士生导师。
2009年6月毕业于中国地质大学（武汉）地质学基地班，2014年6月获中国地质大学（武汉）古生物学与地层学博士学位，现为成都理工大学沉积地质研究院教师。2015年9月-2016年3月和2018年2月-2019年3月，分别在英国圣安德鲁斯大学和澳大利亚莫纳什大学地质系做访问****，与Cawood Peter A.教授合作开展了有关峨眉山大火成岩省以及天山地区地质演化的研究。现主要从事硅质岩地球化学、峨眉山大火成岩省、造山带演化、碎屑物源分析以及古海洋学的相关研究。现发表论文40余篇。
