张葛祥,男,1974年生,四川绵阳人,1995年加入中国共产党,教授、博士生导师,成都理工大学人工智能研究中心主任,国际膜计算学会(IMCS)主席,IET Fellow,IEEE Senior Member, 教育部新世纪优秀人才。2019年作为“珠峰引才计划” A2类人才到校工作。2007年、2014年和2015年分别到英国、西班牙和美国访学。主要研究方向为人工智能、智能装备及机器人、智能电网和自然计算等。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项和其他国家级、部省级项目10余项。在德国Springer和中国科学出版社分别出版英文、中文著作各1部,发表SCI检索论文80余篇,获得国家授权发明专利20余件。2019年获得罗马尼亚科学院Grigore Moisil奖,2017-2019年分别获得四川省科技进步二等奖2项、三等奖1项。担任Springer出版国际期刊JMC执行主编,IJNS、IJUC等国际期刊客座主编或编委,多个国际会议的大会主席、筹划委员会协主席、程序委员会协主席、程序委员会委员等。
