1. 高寒草地对全球变化的响应与适应

2.高寒湿地温室气体排放及其对全球变化的反馈

3. 青藏高原草地生态系统固碳现状、速率、机制和潜力

4. 高寒草地碳、氮循环模式及调控

5. 利用中欧BEF-China 实验平台,研究生物亚热带森林多样性的生态系统功能,特别是在C, N循环中的作用。

发表中英文论文80余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇。发表的杂志包括:Ecology, New Phytologist, Oecologia, Oikos,Ecology Letters, Functional Ecology 等。目前是国内外5个专业期刊的编委,其中包括ESA刊物 "Frontiers in Ecology and the Environment" 及"Journal of Plant Research"。
