　　赵凯，1968年8月生，博士，研究员，博士生导师。西北农林科技大学博士学位，中科院西北高原生物研究所博士后。中科院“百人计划”，中科院特聘研究员，中科院西北高原生物研究所“高原生物适应进化机制与分子育种”首席科学家，中国鱼类学会理事，青海省动物学会副理事长。

　　主要研究内容：1）在基因组水平对鱼类开展分子生态、适应进化和物种形成机制的研究，探讨对极端环境（低温、低氧、高盐碱等）适应过程中基因的变异，解析基因在适应进化过程中的作用和规律，揭示鱼类是如何在基因组水平上通过结构和功能等的改变，以适应极端环境等科学问题；2）运用基因组学和细胞生物学等方法，研究鱼类耐逆基因的分子进化特征和进化机制，挖掘耐逆相关基因，研究信号转导调控通路。
