Profile of Li Xinshu


Li Xinshu, female, Han nationality, master of law, born on November 25, 1968, associate professor of Law School of North University for nationalities, graduated from Law Department of Northwest University of political science and law in 1990, and has been working in North University for Nationalities since graduation. In the meantime, he went to Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Xiamen University, Xi'an Foreign Studies University, East China University of political science and law, Wuhan University and other universities for further study, visit and study. In order to improve the English level, I went to Xi'an Foreign Studies University for half a year in 2004 at my own expense, and then I was admitted to the Graduate School of East China University of political science and law. In June 2008, I got my master's degree in law from the University. At present, it mainly teaches courses in private international law, international economic law and commercial law, and its main research direction is social pension security.

Completion of the project:


1. In 2001, the research project of China International Conflict Law and interregional conflict law (2001y023) was approved by the Northern University for nationalities. The conclusion of the project is the paper "Some Reflections on the interregional conflict of law at present stage in China";


2. In 2002, the key scientific research project of the state people's Committee, WTO entry and the development of the western region and the improvement of the legal system concerning foreign affairs in China (MWF [2002] No. 27, 2002m003), was completed. The final achievements are the thesis, the development of the western region and the improvement of the BOT legal system in China, and the analysis of the legal responsibility for franchising;


3. In 2007, research on legal issues of franchise rights in Western China (2007y011) was approved by Northern University for nationalities. The final result is the paper "necessity of BOT legislation in China and some difficult issues".


4. In 2011, Ning Fa Hui Tong [2011] No. 6 project of Ningxia law society was completed, which was an investigation report of the same name.


5. In 2012, the scientific research project of Northern University for nationalities was completed, i.e. investment attraction brings great economic and social benefits to Hongsibao, and the results are the Research Report "stones from other mountains can be used to attack jade".


6. In 2013, the research project of Northern University for Nationalities "Research on pension security in Ethnic Areas - field research on the current situation and development strategies of ten pension institutions in Yinchuan city" was completed, with the result of a research report of the same name.


7. In 2014, Ningxia law society completed the project "investigation and Reflection on the construction of social pension service system in our district", the result is a research report of the same name.


Completion of monograph:


In November 2016, Guangming Daily Publishing House published the monograph theoretical analysis and problem research on China's social pension security.
