1998-2001：内蒙古大学化学化工学院讲师；
2001-2012：内蒙古大学化学化工学院副教授；
2012至今：内蒙古大学化学化工学院教授。

1. 功能配合物化学（微孔配位聚合物的构筑; 稀土荧光探针的研究）；
2. 稀土及过渡金属功能材料化学。
教学
主讲化学化工学院本科生《无机化学A2》、研究生《无机物波谱学》，生命科学学院本科生《大学化学一》等课程。
研究项目
1．国家自然科学基金，可调控孔径的d-f异金属有机框架作为硝基苯类爆炸物荧光探针研究，2018/01-2021/12，主持。
2．国家自然科学基金，纳米孔洞型d-f混金属配位聚合物作为重金属离子荧光探针的研究，2014/01-2017/12，主持。
3. 内蒙古自然科学基金，d-f混金属纳米孔洞MOFs作为甲烷等能源气体储存材料的研究，2016/01-2018/12，主持。

近五年来发表SCI期刊学术论文二十余篇，其中包括Dalton Transactions等期刊；获国家授权发明专利1项；在国内外高水平学术会议上多次做邀请报告。
