基本情况
段利民,男,中共党员,副研究员(破格晋升),硕士研究生导师,国际水文科学协会中国委员会水资源系统分委员会委员,主要从事水文水资源、寒旱区生态水文过程等方面的教学和科研工作。荣获教育部科技进步一等奖、内蒙古自治区科技进步二等奖,入选自治区“草原英才”、新世纪321人才、高等学校“青年科技英才支持计划”,主持、参与国家和省部级科研项目50余项,发表学术论文100余篇。为科技部重点领域创新团队、教育部“创新团队发展计划”、内蒙古自治区“草原英才”团队主要成员,内蒙古自治区水资源保护与利用重点实验室、内蒙古水文科学与水资源开发利用工程技术研究中心、水资源高效利用与河湖湿地修复技术内蒙古工程研究中心核心骨干。
