许光文,男,沈阳化工大学教授、校长、博士生导师、学科带头人、能源与化工产业技术研究院院长;中国科学院 “百人计划”入选者,国家973计划项目首席科学家,国家863计划先进能源技术领域洁净煤技术主题专家,“十三五”国家重点专项煤炭清洁高效利用和新型节能技术总体专家组专家,首批全国高校黄大年式教师团队带头人,全国煤化工标准化技术委员会煤制化学品分技术委员会副主任委员;Carbon Resources Conversion主编,《精细化工》编委会副主任委员,Biomass Conversion and Biorefinery、《化工学报》、《煤化工》编委;国际流态化会议“Advisory Board"委员、国际气化及应用研讨会"Advisory Committee"主席;中国颗粒学会理事会理事,中国科学院过程工程研究所兼职研究员,中国颗粒学会理事会理事、中国煤炭学会煤化工专业委员会委员、中国生物质燃气产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长、专家委员会委员,中国烟气脱硝产业技术创新战略理事会理事、专家委员会委员。

1991年毕业于清华大学化工系,获工学与经济学双学士学位,1996年毕业于中科院化工冶金研究所(现过程工程研究所),获工学博士学位。1996年6月至2006年9月依次在日本Gunma University从事博士后研究,任日本NEDO产业技术研究员,在德国Technical Univ. Hamburg-Harburg进行洪堡学者研究,在IHI 株式会社任代理课长研究员。2006年通过“百人计划”回国,在多相复杂系统国家重点实验室组建先进能源技术课题组,任题组长,并,并2008-2010年兼任中国科学院与英国石油合资公司:上海壁科先进能源技术有限公司技术总监、2014年聘为业务所长助理,还先后兼任Curtin University的Adjunct Professor、IHI株式会社客座主任研究员、中国石油大学(北京)客座教授、安徽科技大学特聘教授。于2015年6月至2016年10月,受聘为中国化工集团西南化工研究设计院有限公司院长、法人代表。2017年2月受聘沈阳化工大学学科带头人。

主要从事能源转换过程中的多相流、热物理、热化学与环境保护方面的基础研究和技术开发工作。作为项目首席科学家或首席专家牵头了国家973、863、支撑计划、国家重大科学仪器专项、重大国际合作、“十三五”重点科技专项、重点基金、科学院战略先导专项等项目。提出并系统开展了燃料热化学转化复杂反应系统的解耦调控思想和方法,开发了多项自主创新的解耦热化学转化技术,其中低NOx流化床解耦燃烧、低焦油流化床两段气化获得了工业应用;国内外首次提出了微型流化床等温微分反应分析方法,研发并产业化了系列仪器;提出了热解反应分级调控新理论,并创新了内构件移动床热解反应器。

发表学术论文近300篇,SCI索引约230多篇,被他人论文引用近4300次,撰写专著《解耦热化学转化基础与技术》及《Multiphase Reactor Engineering for Clean and Low-Carbon Energy》第四章,申请专利近100项、已授权发明专利近70项,美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、俄罗斯、日本等国际专利授权10余项。发起了国际气化及应用研讨会Int. Symp. on Gasification and Its Application (ISGA),编辑了Fuel、Fuel Processing Technology杂志的特辑,在世界化工大会、国际流态化会议、国际应用热解会议、加拿大化工学会年会等做大会及主题报告50多次。曾获中国国际科学仪器与实验装备展览会自主创新金奖两次、中科院“百人计划”终期评估优秀奖、中国分析测试协会科学技术(CAIA)一等奖、2nd Int. Symposium on Gasification and Its Application优秀论文奖、中国发明专利优秀奖,中国科学院发明奖一等奖。
