I 研究方向
能源微生物;代谢工程学。
研究方向拟为“高效能源微生物的菌种选育、代谢调控及基因资源的开发与利用”。具体研究内容为:1)以厌氧发酵为平台,以厌氧细菌或酵母菌为研究中心,改良或构建高效水解与发酵菌株,从而提高以农业废物为发酵原料生产乙醇和沼气的效率。同时,通过优化工艺过程,使得动物饲料和安全有机肥作为副产品的生产成为可能;2)以微藻光合转化作用为平台,以莱茵衣藻、小球藻或微拟球藻为中心,通过研究甘油三酯的富集机制,改良或构建高效产脂微藻以用于生物柴油的生产。同时,微藻的生物质的培育可以联合生活污水的处理,剩余微藻细胞可用于辅助生产蛋白质饲料副产品。
