个人简介
刘天波．1976.09,教授，硕士研究生导师，现任信息学院副院长。近年来获辽宁省科技进步二等奖1项、三等奖2项，辽宁省教学成果二等奖1项、三等奖2项，辽宁省自然科学学术成果三等奖1项（Evaluation of the Optimum Index of Target Analysis for Rural Residential Building Products 2012-LNL0045），辽宁省高等教育学会三等奖2项（建筑类高校电气信息类本科生实践教学改革研究ZW-2012-3-182,中外合作办学的教学改革与实践ZW-2013-3-150），沈阳市科技进步三等奖1项，主持省部级课题4项，沈阳市课题6项，发表论文60余篇，其中EI检索15篇，ISTP检索2篇，主编计算机专业教材2部，参编计算机专业教材4部，本人撰写15万字，参与编写标准2部。
