☆ 要 求:欢迎来自信息与计算机类、管理类(信息管理、工程管理、管理科学、物流工程、电子商务)、数学类(运筹学、数学与统计)、机械工程与自动化类相关专业的学生报考。要求有较好的运筹学和概率统计等数学基础、计算机应用技术和高级语言编程能力(如C++、C#、JAVA)、英语过六级。
☆ 招生方向介绍:
1. 制造系统工程管理
在《中国制造2025》大背景下,以机械电子制造企业、特别是电子装配企业为对象,从系统和优化的视角,重点研究新型生产组织与管理模式(如日本式单元生产、绿色制造、智慧制造、云制造、服务型制造)下产品设计、制造与运作过程中的组织与管理技术、质量保证技术、建模与优化技术、评价与决策分析的理论和方法。主要解决的管理问题包括产品研发与市场分析、质量设计与持续改进、流程优化、生产计划与优化调度、采购与库存控制、运输与物流优化等。
2. 医疗与服务系统运作管理
主要面向电子商业(e-business)企业、物流服务(配送、分销与运输)企业、公共事业服务企业(医疗、电信、电力等),重点研究企业运作流程与运作方法的设计与再造、企业运作过程的建模、优化与决策分析、绩效评价的理论与方法。主要解决的问题包括:面向城市的物流配送服务运作管理(通勤、物流配送、快递物流、商业分销)、医疗服务业的运作过程优化与决策,包括基于医院HIS系统的排队建模、瓶颈分析与能力设置;医疗服务资源的优化配置与调度(医疗预约管理、医务人员的排班、手术室的排程问题)、服务预约调度系统的分析与设计;基于QFD的服务业的流程优化分析与质量改善(电信、旅游)。
3. 大数据挖掘与商务智能
面向移动通信、医疗服务和金融服务业,重点研究海量数据环境下的数据挖掘算法和大数据管理决策与优化技术,包括:大数据分析挖掘的机器学习与人工智能算法、针对不同类型数据特征的聚类(分类)算法、关联算法(规则)和预测算法的设计;大数据驱动的数据建模与优化决策方法;面向现实管理实践和应用领域的智能决策与商务分析技术,如医院用药预测、卷烟叶组配合的优化设计、电信套餐的优化设计、金融风险分析与预警、客户价值分析等。

发表论著
在国内外重要学术期刊及国际会议上发表学术论文200篇,译著与编著2部。其中,在国际重要期刊OMEGA、IEEE SMC、Transportation Science、IJPR、EJOR、FSS等发表学术论文共70余篇,已被SCI收录60篇。发表的SCI论文中300人次被国外学者(SCI他人)引用和评价。部分代表成果如下:
