油水砂三相卧螺离心机具有能耗低、污染小、操作简便等诸多优点,适合油泥资源回收再利用.目前,在关于三相卧螺分离理论及其数值模拟方面已有了大量研究.进一步地,采用计算流体力学软件Fluent三相流Mixture模型,对油水砂三相卧螺离心机的分离性能进行研究,提出结构上的改进(增设导油孔),并与传统结构进行对比.通过理论分析和数值模拟,油相回收率从59.4%提高到83.0%,最后用实验验证其正确性.研究成果为含油污泥处理工业化应用提供了有力依据.

Oil-water-sand three-phase decanter centrifuge has many advantages, such as low energy consumption, low pollution and easy operation, which is suitable for sludge resource recovery and reuse. At present, both theoretical research and numerical simulation of three-phase horizontal screw separation are being carried out. The Mixture model of computational fluid dynamics software Fluent is used to study the separation performance of oil-water-sand three-phase decanter centrifuge. The structural improvement (adding oil guide hole) is proposed and the comparison with the traditional structure is conducted. Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the recovery rate of oil phase is increased from 59.4% to 83.0%. Finally, experiments are carried out to verify its correctness. The study provides a strong basis for industrial application of oily sludge treatment.
