通过对传统制样技术的探讨,提出应当根据实际情况,针对性地发展相关制样技术,并发明了一种新的制样方法及其相关制样设备.该方法以干土为基础,通过两级控制来保证试样干密度的精确性,最终获得饱和试样,这与要求土样具有一定初始含水率的传统方法明显不同.相关试验表明该方法能够提高试样的均一性,减少人为因素的影响,可为今后土工制样技术的改进提供一定借鉴作用. |

Through the discussion of the traditional sample preparation technology, it is proposed that the relevant sample preparation technology should be developed according to the actual situation. A new sample preparation method and its related sample preparation equipment are invented. Based on the dry soil and through two-level control this method ensures the accuracy of the dry density of the sample, and the saturated sample is finally obtained, which is obviously different from the traditional method that requires the soil sample to have a certain initial moisture content. Relevant tests show that this method can improve the homogeneity of samples and reduce the influence of human factors, which can provide some reference for the improvement of geotechnical sample preparation technology in the future. |
