在建筑外墙上使用保温材料可有效减少建筑物内外的热量交换,降低能耗.针对无机保温材料密度较大、隔热性能较差的问题,以粉煤灰为原料,通过添加SiC发泡剂和Na2CO3、MgO等助熔剂制备轻质多孔保温材料,通过正交实验选择合适的烧制条件.结果表明,当SiC添加量为0.8%,Na2CO3和MgO添加量均为6.0%,烧制温度为1 200 ℃,升温速率为10 ℃/min,保温时间为10 min时,制备了表观密度仅为0.30 g/cm3的样品,其导热系数低至0.16 W/(m·K),抗压强度为0.67 MPa,且内部气孔大小及分布十分均匀,可作为建筑物外墙的保温材料.研究为制备轻质多孔无机保温材料提供了实验数据支持,为粉煤灰的高值化利用提供了新的途径.

The use of thermal insulation materials on the outer wall of the buildings can effectively reduce the heat exchange between inside and outside of the buildings and energy consumption. In order to solve the problems of high density and poor thermal insulation performance of inorganic thermal insulation materials, lightweight porous thermal insulation materials are prepared by using fly ash as raw material, SiC as foaming agent, Na2CO3 and MgO as fluxing agents, and the appropriate firing conditions are selected through orthogonal experiments. The results show that when the addition amount of SiC is 0.8%, the addition amounts of Na2CO3 and MgO both are 6.0%, the firing temperature is 1 200 ℃, the heating rate is 10 ℃/min, and the holding time is 10 min, the apparent density of the sample is only 0.30 g/cm3, and the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.16 W/(m·K). The compressive strength is 0.67 MPa, and the size and distribution of pores in the interior are very uniform, which can be used as the thermal insulation material of the external walls of buildings. The study provides some data support for the preparation of lightweight inorganic thermal insulation materials, and provides a new way for the high-value utilization of fly ash resources.
