基于高超声速飞行器布雷顿循环中印刷电路板换热器(PCHE)的应用,对PCHE通道中的超临界换热进行了数值研究.阐述了热侧运行参数和冷侧运行参数对换热的影响机制.考察了热侧流体温度、流线和湍动能的分布情况.评价了热侧流、壁面流和通道综合换热系数,建立了热侧换热关联式.计算结果表明:热侧压力提高、热侧进口温度下降、冷侧进口温度减小,均导致热侧换热增强.局部高湍动能是强化换热的原因.提高热侧参数可使通道的耗散性更小.

Based on the application of printed circuit heat exchanger (PCHE) in the Brayton cycle of hypersonic aircraft, numerical research on supercritical heat transfer in the PCHE channel is performed. Effect mechanisms of the hot-side and cold-side operating parameters on heat transfer are analyzed. The distributions of hot-side fluid temperature, streamline and turbulent kinetic energy are studied. The hot-side entransy flux, wall entransy flux and channel comprehensive heat transfer coefficient are evaluated. The hot-side heat transfer correlation is established. The calculation results show that increasing the hot-side pressure, decreasing the hot-side inlet temperature, or reducing the cold-side inlet temperature leads to the hot-side enhanced heat transfer. The local high turbulent kinetic energy is the reason for enhanced heat transfer. The entransy dissipation of channels is smaller at high hot-side parameter conditions.
