为了提高飞机的可用性,使飞机在现代战争中能够在最短时间实现再次出动,需要在有限维修资源的约束下,对飞机进行选择性维修,为此提出一种基于GO法的多态反馈系统选择性维修模型.首先,假设多态反馈系统各元件的失效概率均服从韦布尔分布,推导出元件处于各性能状态的可靠度,运用GO法计算系统成功运行的概率;其次,以不修、更换、不完美维修等为维修方案,计算对应的维修费用和时间;再次,以维修时间最小化为目标函数,以系统可靠度和维修费用为约束条件,建立系统选择性维修模型;最后,通过粒子群优化算法对模型求解,并用案例进行验证.结果表明,所建立的选择性维修模型有效可行. |

In the modern war, for the sake of improving the availability of aircraft and ensuring the aircraft taking off again in the shortest time, the selective maintenance on aircraft under the constraints of limited maintenance resources is conducted. A selective maintenance model for polymorphic feedback system based on GO methodology is proposed. Firstly, assuming that the failure probability of each component of the polymorphic feedback system is subject to Weibull distribution, the reliability of the component in each kind of performance state is deduced, and the probability of the system which runs successfully is calculated applying the GO methodology. Then, the corresponding maintenance cost and time of no maintenance, replacement maintenance, imperfect maintenance are calculated. And then, the selective maintenance model of system is proposed, which uses the minimum maintenance time as the objective function, and the reliability of the system and maintenance cost as the constraints. Finally, the model is solved by using the particle swarm optimization, and verified with the case. The results show that the selective maintenance model established above is effective and feasible. |
