浮式柔性网阻拦系统作为一种物理防护设施,对舰船、港口设施和岛礁建设的安全保障发挥着至关重要的作用.阻拦网系统对冲击小艇的拦截过程是一种较为复杂的非线性瞬态响应过程,在小艇高速冲击防护单元时,构件局部会出现撕裂、变形等破坏和失效形式.为对浮式柔性网阻拦系统的拦截性能和结构完整性进行研究,基于任意拉格朗日-欧拉(arbitrary Lagrange-Eule,ALE)算法和对称罚函数接触算法,使用LS-DYNA软件对阻拦网系统拦截高速小艇的动态过程进行数值模拟.计算得到了阻拦网在冲击过程中结构变形破坏、能量转化、网体受力以及防护单元撞击深度等特征.同时考虑了小艇不同碰撞角度和碰撞高度对防护单元拦截效果的影响,分析总结出相应的变化规律.研究工作可为浮式柔性网阻拦系统优化设计和安装部署提供一定参考. |

As a physical protection facility, floating flexible net blocking system plays a vital role in the security guarantee of ships, port facilities and island construction. The interception process of the net blocking system for impacting small boat is a complicated nonlinear transient response process. When the small boat collides with the protection unit at high speed, parts of the structure components will appear tearing, deformation and other forms of damage and failure. To study the interception performance and structure integrity of the floating flexible net blocking system, based on arbitrary Lagrange-Eule (ALE) algorithm and symmetric penalty function contact algorithm, the dynamic process of the interception of small boat with high speed by net blocking system is simulated by LS-DYNA software. The characteristics of structure deformation and failure, energy transformation, force on net and impact depth of the protection unit in the collision process are calculated. Meanwhile the influence of different collision angles and collision heights of small boat on interception effect of the protection unit is considered, and the corresponding trends are analyzed and summarized. The research work can provide reference for the optimization design and deployment of the floating flexible net blocking system. |
