水体中残留的氧氟沙星(OFL)会对生态环境和人类健康造成危害,因此定量检测水体中OFL具有重要意义.制备了N2等离子体改性的薄层C3N4(RF-L-CN)并将其负载在丝网印刷电极(SPE)上(RF-L-CN/SPE),通过构建薄层结构及增加N元素含量,促进了C3N4的光生电荷分离,使RF-L-CN/SPE展现出较强的光电化学活性.通过OFL适配体(APT)与OFL的特异性结合作用,将OFL固定在电极表面,实现了水体中OFL的光电化学检测,OFL的线性检测范围为0.05~1.0 nmol/L,检测限为0.03 nmol/L(11.06 ng/L),医疗废水中OFL的检测结果表明制备的电极具有检测实际水体中OFL的应用潜力.
英文摘要:
Residual ofloxacin (OFL) in water can cause adverse effects on the ecological environment and human health. Thus, it is of great significance to conduct quantitative detection of OFL in water. N2 plasma modified thin layer C3N4 (RF-L-CN) is prepared and immobilized on screen-printed electrode (RF-L-CN/SPE). Benefiting from the promoted separation of photogenerated charge of C3N4 derived from the construction of thin layer structure and the increase of nitrogen element content, the RF-L-CN/SPE exhibits stronger photoelectrochemical (PEC) activity. OFL is immobilized on the electrode surface through the specific binding effect of OFL aptamer (APT) and OFL, and then the photoelectrochemical detection of OFL in water is realized. As a result, the linear detection range varies from 0.05 nmol/L to 1.0 nmol/L and the limit of detection (LOD) reaches 0.03 nmol/L(11.06 ng/L). The prepared electrode is further applied in the detection of OFL in medical wastewater, and the results indicate its great potential application for the detection of actual water samples.
