在双碳目标下,中国正面临着越来越多的减少二氧化碳排放的挑战,各地区和行业需要根据实际情况实施最优的减碳方案.由于水和能源之间存在复杂的耦合关系并在相关过程中产生碳排放,所以水-能源耦合关系研究至关重要.以华东地区为例,基于多区域投入产出方法,将水、能源和碳排放作为一个整体来考虑,构建了华东地区水-能源耦合关系(WEN)模型,创新性地从多视角(需求侧-供给侧)、多维度(地区-产业)评价节水、节能、减排的改进潜力,识别不同视角下水-能源耦合关系较强的地区并提出建议,为相关研究提供方法依据. |

Under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, China is facing increasing challenges in reducing carbon dioxide emissions, all regions and industries need to implement the optimal carbon reduction plan according to the actual situation. Since there is a complex nexus relationship between water and energy, and carbon emissions generate in the relevant process, research on water-energy nexus relationship is crucial. Taking East China as an example and considering water, energy and carbon emissions as a whole based on a multi-regional input-output method, a water-energy nexus relationship (WEN) model for East China is constructed. The improvement potential of water conservation, energy conservation and emission reduction is creatively evaluated from multiple perspectives (demand side-supply side) and multiple dimensions (region-industry). The regions with strong water-energy nexus relationships are identified from different perspectives, and recommendations are proposed. The study provides methodological basis for relevant research. |
