水泥作为固化底泥的固化剂被广泛使用,但因其价格相对较高且生产过程中会产生污染,因此在实际工程中需要一些添加剂来减少水泥用量,提高固化底泥强度.试验使用碱渣和粉煤灰作为添加剂,按标准养护后分别测量试样不同龄期的强度.试验发现碱渣可以提高水泥固化底泥强度,粉煤灰可以提高水泥-碱渣固化底泥强度.由此可知,碱渣可代替部分水泥,粉煤灰可代替部分碱渣,使固化底泥强度达到只添加高剂量水泥时可达到的相同强度,从而实现节约资源、降低工程成本的目标.
英文摘要:
Cement is widely used as a kind of stabilizer for stabilizing sediments, but it is relatively expensive and causes pollution in the production process. Therefore, some additives are needed to reduce the amount of cement and improve the strength of stabilized sediments in practical projects. In the experiment, alkali slag and fly ash are used as additives, and the strength of the specimens is measured at different ages after standard maintenance. The experimental results show that alkali slag can increase the strength of cement-stabilized sediments and fly ash can increase the strength of cement-alkali slag stabilized sediments. It can be seen that alkali slag can replace some of the cement and fly ash can replace some of the alkali slag, making the strength of stabilized sediments achieve the same strength when only high content of cement is added, thus achieving the goal of saving resources and reducing project costs.
