腐殖酸作为土壤有机质的重要组成部分,是保持土壤肥力和修复受污染土壤的关键.传统源于自然衍化和堆肥腐熟的腐殖酸不同程度存在周期长和产率低等弊端.木质纤维素水热碳化合成腐殖酸因其原料易得、产品功能性强等优势逐渐受到人们的关注,因此系统考察了水热碳化制备的腐殖酸与介质酸碱特性的响应规律.研究发现,相比于酸性条件和中性条件下,在含有0.5 mol/L KOH的碱性条件下腐殖酸的产率最高,可达9.73%.元素分析、FT-IR、3D EEM以及SEM等分析结果表明,碱性条件下的腐殖酸具有碳含量高(61.09%)、酸性官能团含量高(3.381 mmol/g)、有效成分含量高等优势.基于反应条件和分析表征结果,推断了木质纤维素类生物质在3种酸碱水热碳化条件下腐殖酸的生成路径,为腐殖酸的生产应用提供了重要依据.

As the main component of soil organic matter, humic acid plays a key role in soil fertility and contaminated soil remediation. Traditional nature humification and compost have drawbacks such as long cycles and low yield of humic acid. The hydrothermal carbonization of lignocellulose to synthesize humic acid is gradually attracting more attention due to its easy availability and strong product functionality. So the relationship of humic acid derived from hydrothermal carbonization with acid base property of medium is investigated. It is found that the maximum humic acid yield of 9.73% is obtained under the condition of 0.5 mol/L KOH compared with conditions of acidity and neutral. Combining elemental analysis, FT-IR, 3D EEM and SEM, it is confirmed that basic humic acid possesses the advantages of high carbon content (61.09%), high acidic functional group content (3.381mmol/g) and high purity. Furthermore, the generation mechanism of humic acid derived from lignocellulose by hydrothermal carbonization in three conditions is proposed, which provides an important basis for the production and application of humic acid.
