合成了新型含持久性自由基(PFRs)的生物炭(BCPFRs)及其复合材料nZVI/BCPFRs,考察了BCPFRs在添加氧化剂(BCPFRs/Fe2+/H2O2和BCPFRs/Fe3+/H2O2)和不添加氧化剂(nZVI/BCPFRs)条件下对TNT生产废水的去除性能.结果表明nZVI/BCPFRs的去除效果最显著,对总有机碳(TOC)的去除率为58%,对总氮(TN)的去除率为78%,Fe2+/H2O2的矿化能力和Fe3+/H2O2的脱氮能力在BCPFRs的诱导下分别提高了8.4%和17.4%.对处理前后的废水进行毒性分析,结果表明nZVI/BCPFRs处理后的出水毒性最小.GC-MS和LC-MS对废水组分的检测结果表明,处理后出水中硝基芳烃化合物的种类大大减少,nZVI/BCPFRs体系对TNT生产废水的去除率最高,表明nZVI/BCPFRs复合材料在难降解污染物的去除领域具有很好的应用前景. |

A new kind of biochar (BCPFRs) containing persistent free radicals (PFRs) and its composite nZVI/BCPFRs are synthesized. The performances of BCPFRs with oxidant as BCPFRs/Fe2+/H2O2, BCPFRs/Fe3+/H2O2 and without oxidant as nZVI/BCPFRsare investigated in the removal performance of TNT production wastewater. It is found that nZVI/BCPFRs exhibits the best performance on total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN)with removal rate of 58% and 78%, while the addition of BCPFRsimproves the mineralization ability of Fe2+/H2O2(8.4%) and the denitrification ability of Fe3+/H2O2 (17.4%). Meanwhile, the toxicity analysis of the TNT wastewater before and after treatment shows that the effluent toxicity from nZVI/BCPFRssystem is less than others. The components analysis of wastewater with GC-MS and LC-MS shows that the types of nitroaromatic compounds are dominantly reduced, where nZVI/BCPFRssystem gives the best removal performance. The results suggest nZVI/BCPFRscomposite is a kind of promising material to tackle the contaminants released in environment. |
