波转子制冷常用于气体除湿,介质的相对湿度将影响波转子制冷性能.利用UDRGM修正极性气体物性,建立了水 空气凝结蒸发模型,并搭建了两相波转子制冷实验平台,对相对湿度影响波转子制冷性能的规律进行研究.结果表明,随着相对湿度的增加,波转子制冷效率逐渐降低,变化趋势基本呈线性.转速2 200 r/min下,相比于干燥气,当压比为2.0时,饱和湿空气等熵膨胀效率下降2.9%,当压比为3.0时,等熵膨胀效率下降2.4%.进一步增大压比,相对湿度对波转子制冷效率的不利影响逐渐减小.随着相对湿度增加,水凝结时释放热量的增多是导致波转子制冷效率降低的主要原因.随着压比增大,凝结液滴量及入射熵产的减少使得制冷效率降低幅度减小.

The wave rotor refrigeration is often used for gas dehumidification, and the relative humidity of the medium will affect the refrigeration performance of the wave rotor. Using UDRGM to modify the physical properties of polar gas, a water air condensation and evaporation model was established, and a two phase wave rotor refrigeration experimental platform was built to study the influence law of relative humidity on the wave rotor refrigeration performance. The results show that with the increase of relative humidity, the refrigeration efficiency of the wave rotor gradually decreases, and the change trend is basically linear. When the pressure ratio is 2.0, the isentropic expansion efficiency of saturated humid air drops by 2.9%, and when the pressure ratio is 3.0, the isentropic expansion efficiency drops by 2.4%, compared with that of dry air at the rotational speed of 2 200 r/min. With the further increase of the pressure ratio, the adverse effect of relative humidity on the refrigeration efficiency of the wave rotor gradually decreases. With the increase of relative humidity, the increase of heat released by water condensation is the main reason for the decrease of the refrigeration efficiency of the wave rotor. With the increase of pressure ratio, the decrease of the amount of condensed droplets and the incidence entropy production reduces the decrease of refrigeration efficiency.
