2/4冲程内燃机具有低转速扭矩大、比质量功率高的优势,在提升内燃机全负荷性能、减重降体积的道路上具有重要的研究意义.鉴于可变气门驱动系统是实现变冲程内燃机的关键,针对拥有顶置双凸轮轴式的2/4冲程内燃机开发了一款轴移式配气系统,理论上可以满足2/4冲程模式下的配气需求,还能在一个内燃机循环内完成切换.研究了该系统的切换过程,设计了符合要求的切换型线,建立了ADAMS动力学模型以研究不同内燃机转速下重要零件的运动曲线,以及切换过程中各零件间的受力情况.研究表明,所设计的切换型线能很好地适应模型特点,保证切换过程具有较好的动力学特性. |

2/4 Stroke internal combustion engine (ICE) has the advantages of high torque at low velocity and high specific power, which are significant in improving the performance among all operating frequencies and reducing the volume and weight of the ICE. As the variable valve actuation system is imperative to the variable stroke ICE, an axial shift valvetrain system (ASVS) is designed for the 2/4 stroke ICE with two overhead camshafts. Theoretically, it can meet the air charging requirements in 2/4 stroke mode and complete changeover in one working cycle. The shifting characteristics of the ASVS are investigated, and the shifting profile is well designed. An ADAMS dynamic model is built to study the dynamic motion of the key parts under different engine velocities and the contact force between the components in shifting. The dynamic results show that the designed shifting profile has high quality, making sure a better dynamic performance during shifting. |
