为了获得盾构隧道近距离下穿对既有运营隧道的影响规律,基于某城市地铁4号线下穿既有9号线的实际工程,采用Midas/GTS构建盾构隧道精细化三维有限元数值模型,模拟了盾构双隧道先后下穿既有运营隧道的施工全过程,分析了下穿隧道施工中既有运营隧道沉降、侧向位移的变化规律,并进一步分析了盾构施工参数对既有隧道的影响.研究结果表明:两次盾构下穿施工会造成既有线产生双峰式沉降和沿掘进方向相反的不均匀侧移,施工时应重点关注上行线的沉降及侧移;既有线的最终沉降会随土舱压力提高先增大后减小,而随着注浆压力的提高相应减小;第二次盾构下穿施工时可通过提高土舱压力来减小最终沉降.研究结果可为盾构隧道下穿施工提供科学的参考依据.

In order to obtain the influence law of shield tunnel undercrossing in close distance on existing operating tunnels, based on the actual project of a metro Line 4 undercrossing the existing Line 9, using Midas/GTS to build fine 3D finite element numerical model of shield tunnel, the whole construction process of double shield tunnels undercrossing existing operating tunnels is simulated. The variation law of settlement and lateral displacement of existing operating tunnels in undercrossing tunnel construction is studied, and the influence of shield construction parameters on existing tunnels is further analyzed. The results show that the double shield tunneling will cause double peak settlement and uneven lateral displacement of the existing line contrary to the tunneling direction, and the settlement and lateral displacement of the uplink should be focused in the construction. The final settlement of the existing line increases first and then decreases with the increase of earth pressure, while it decreases accordingly with the increase of grouting pressure. The final settlement can be reduced by increasing earth pressure during the second shield tunneling. The research can provide scientific reference for shield tunnel undercrossing construction.
