调理方式不仅会破坏污泥内部的絮体结构,释放大量结合水,而且会显著提高后续污泥的渗透特性.为了进一步探讨药剂、温度以及组合调理对填埋污泥脱水性能的影响,对调理后的污泥进行真空抽滤试验,结果表明:不同药剂调理后污泥抽滤液体积均比原状污泥的要大,药剂与温度组合调理后污泥抽滤液体积要高于单一调理的,且随着温度的升高处理效率提高.相同调理方式下,加热后冷却到室温比加热后直接真空抽滤的排水速率低、排水量少、抽滤时间长.药剂与温度调理均可以降低填埋污泥的有机质含量,随着调理温度的升高有机质含量降低,FeCl3调理比CaO调理能更有效地降低有机质含量,组合调理比单一调理有机质含量降低更多.随着调理温度的升高,污泥的比阻逐渐降低,当调理温度为80 ℃时,FeCl3调理、CaO调理、FeCl3+CaO调理污泥的比阻分别降到原状室温的0.43%、11.02%、0.35%.此外,抽滤时机对比阻也有一定的影响,即冷却后再抽滤比冷却前的比阻均有所增加.研究成果对于市政填埋污泥脱水减量工程实践中调理方式的选择有一定参考意义. |

The conditioning way will not only destroy the floc structure inside the sludge and release a large amount of bound water, but also improve the permeability of the sludge significantly. In order to further study the effects of agents, temperature and combination conditioning on the dewatering performance of landfill sludge, the vacuum filtration tests are carried out on the conditioned sludge. The test results show that: The volume of drainage after treatment with different agents is larger than that of the original sludge. The volume of drainage after treatment with the combination of agents and temperature is higher than that of single conditioning. With the increase of temperature, the efficiency of treatment is improved. The method of cooling to room temperature after heating has lower drainage rate, less water discharge and longer pumping time than the one of direct vacuum filtering after heating. Both agents and temperature conditioning can reduce the organic matter content of landfill sludge. With the increase of conditioning temperature, the organic matter content decreases. FeCl3 conditioning can reduce more organic matter content than CaO conditioning, and combination conditioning can reduce more organic matter content than single conditioning. The specific resistance of the sludge decreases gradually with the increase of conditioning temperature. When the conditioning temperature is 80 ℃, the specific resistance of FeCl3 conditioning, CaO conditioning and FeCl3+CaO conditioning sludge decreases to 0.43%, 11.02% and 0.35% of that of the original room temperature, respectively. In addition, the start time of vacuum filtering also has an influence on the change of specific resistance of sludge, the specific resistance of filtration is increased after cooling compared with before cooling. The research results have a certain reference for the selection of conditioning way in the practice of municipal landfill sludge dewatering and reduction engineering. |
