面向退化状态可监测的复杂系统,提出一种以可靠度为中心的选择性维修策略.该策略以系统部件退化可靠度为依据,在受维修资源约束的条件下,搜索使系统执行下一任务可靠度最大化部件的最优维修决策.此外,针对系统部件维修水平不确定性问题,建立了考虑部件非完美维修且维修质量随机的维修策略,采用遗传算法求解该策略的复杂优化问题,并以航空发动机控制系统为例验证了所提的选择性维修策略的有效性.与确定性维修质量的维修策略模型相比,所提策略能精确评估系统可靠性,可为合理系统维修计划制订提供理论支撑. |

A reliability-centered selective maintenance policy facing complex systems whose degradation state can be monitored is proposed. Under the constraints of maintenance resources, based on degradation reliability of system components, the policy searches for an optimal component maintenance decision to maximize the reliability of the system when executing the next mission. In addition, a selective maintenance policy considering imperfect maintenance and stochastic maintenance quality is proposed aiming at the uncertainty of maintenance level for system components. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the complex maintenance optimization problem of this kind of policy. The effectiveness of the selective maintenance policy is verified by a numerical example of an aero-engine control system. By comparing the proposed model to the maintenance policy with determining maintenance quality, it can be proven that the proposed policy can accurately evaluate the system reliability and provide theoretical support for formulating a reasonable system maintenance plan. |
