城市区域环境对建筑节能设计影响复杂,目前城市气候影响因素研究中建筑热工参数常被忽略.以大连市为例,利用WRF分析了高精度土地利用数据下建筑热工设计对城市夏季热岛强度的影响.首先,对模拟结果的误差检验表明WRF能够准确反映大连市区域气候特征.当建筑围护结构传热系数减小,日间和夜间气温分别可降低约0.15 K和0.61 K,说明良好的热工性能可以缓解城市热岛效应,改善区域热环境.此外,当建筑屋面反照率由0.2增至0.6时,屋面温度最大降幅为5.50 K,近地面气温可降低0.15 K,城市热效应也有所减弱.因此未来建筑在满足节能设计标准时,采用反照率较大的表面材料,可有效缓解城市热岛效应,营造良好的室内外环境. |

The relation between urban regional environment and building energy consumption design is complex. Building thermal parameters as influencing factors of urban environment are often ignored. Taking Dalian city as an example, WRF is used to analyze the impact of building thermal design on urban heat island intensity with high-precision land use data in summer. Firstly, the error test for the simulation results shows that WRF can accurately describe the regional climate characteristics of Dalian city. When the heat transfer coefficient of building envelopes decreases, the daytime and nighttime temperatures could be reduced by about 0.15 K and 0.61 K respectively, indicating that good thermal performance can alleviate the urban heat island effect and improve the regional thermal environment. When the albedo of building roof increases from 0.2 to 0.6, the maximum decrease of roof temperature is 5.50 K, the near surface temperature could be reduced by 0.15 K, and the urban thermal effect is weakened. Therefore, when future buildings meet the energy-saving design standards, the use of surface materials with high albedo can effectively alleviate the urban heat island effect and create a good indoor and outdoor environment. |
