针对风机盘管研究中大多数模型仅考虑热力学性能,未考虑水力学性能影响这一问题,提出一种新的盘管建模方法,以提高对中央空调末端的控制性能.该方法基于基尔霍夫定律,采用电气模型模拟风机盘管系统水力学性能,通过遗传算法求解各个盘管的水流量;以水流量为输入,引入盘管内风机开度及传热系数,建立面向控制的风机盘管系统热工灰箱模型,通过最小二乘法对其参数进行辨识.实验结果表明:风机盘管系统热工水力模型能够精确地反映实际的水力工况和热交换过程,理论计算值与实际测试值误差低于6%,为风机盘管系统的有效调控打下了良好基础. |

Aiming at the problem that most of the models of fan coil system consider only the thermodynamics performance, and do not consider the influence of hydraulic performance, a new coil modeling method is proposed to improve the control performance of the central air-conditioning terminal. Based on Kirchhoff′s law, the method uses an electrical model to simulate the hydraulic performance of the fan coil system and calculates the water flow of each coil through genetic algorithm. By taking water flow as input and leading in fan opening and coefficient of heat transfer, a control-oriented thermal gray box model of the fan coil system is established, and its parameters could be identified by least square method. The results of experiments show that the thermal-hydraulic model of the fan coil system can reflect the actual hydraulic conditions and heat exchange process accurately, and the error between the theoretical calculation value and the actual test value is less than 6%, which lays a solid foundation for the effective control of the fan coil system. |
