针对汽车起重机为减少地基投入或受到原有环境限制导致支腿无法完全伸展的现象,以QY25T汽车起重机为例,对其在受限空间内倾覆稳定性决定的最大起重量计算方法进行了研究,并考虑了支腿最大压力及臂架非线性变形对最大起重量的影响.结果表明,支腿最大压力会限制最大起重量,且臂架的非线性变形在臂架较长时,其变形情况可以使得倾覆力矩最大增加了20.60%,因此需要添加合理的安全系数.

Aiming at the phenomenon that the outriggers of truck crane cannot be fully extended due to the reduction of the foundation investment or the original environmental restrictions, taking QY25T truck crane as an example, the calculation method of the maximum lifting capacity determined by its overturning stability in a confined space is studied. The influence of the maximum pressure of the outriggers and the nonlinear deformation of the boom on the maximum lifting capacity is considered. The results show that the maximum pressure of the outriggers limits the maximum lifting capacity, and when boom is long the biggest growth rate of overturning moment can be 20.60% due to boom nonlinear deformation. Therefore reasonable safety factor is needed.
