受多场耦合影响的沥青路面层间性能逐渐劣化,致使路面结构应力重分布,进而加剧沥青路面的疲劳损伤.为了研究层间接触状态对沥青路面疲劳性能的影响,从小尺度车辙动态响应试验入手,进行沥青层层底拉应变的数据采集,并利用数值模拟进行验证.在此基础上,甄选比对国内外沥青混合料疲劳破坏模型,以影响因子与疲劳预估为核心,通过构建典型半刚性基层沥青路面三维有限元模型与理论分析综合确定了沥青层模量、基层模量、层间接触状态与荷载等核心预估变量,采用疲劳寿命比法进一步确定模型中各项参数,构建了考虑层间接触状态的实际在役沥青路面疲劳性能预估模型.研究成果对于改进现有沥青路面设计方法及提升路面设计与养护具有一定参考意义. |

Due to the coupling effect of multi fields, the interlayer performance of asphalt pavement gradually deteriorates, which leads to the redistribution of pavement structure stress, and then aggravates the fatigue damage of asphalt pavement. In order to study the influence of interlayer contact behavior on the fatigue performance of asphalt pavement, the data collection of tensile strain at the bottom of asphalt layer is carried out based on small scale rutting dynamic response test, and verified by numerical simulation. On this basis, the fatigue failure models of asphalt mixture at home and abroad are selected and compared. Taking the influence factor and fatigue prediction as the core, through the construction of three dimensional finite element model and theoretical analysis of typical semi rigid base asphalt pavement, the core prediction variables such as asphalt layer modulus, base modulus, interlayer contact behavior and load are comprehensively determined, and the fatigue life ratio method is used to further determine the model parameters. The fatigue performance prediction model of asphalt pavement in service considering the contact behavior between layers is established. The research results have certain reference significance for improving the existing asphalt pavement design method and improving the pavement design and maintenance. |
