为更好模拟水泥稳定破碎砾石(CSCG)基层的压实特性,以最大程度模拟现场压实工况及效果为原则,研究并提出了垂直振动击实仪(VVTE)的振动击实参数;对比分析了室内静压法(QSCM)和垂直振动法(VVTM)CSCG的物理力学特性;结合现场芯样的力学强度,评价了不同室内成型方法与现场的相关性.结果表明:CSCG的VVTM成型试件与现场芯样的力学强度相关性高达91.0%,而QSCM成型试件与现场芯样力学强度相关性平均为41.8%.与QSCM相比,VVTM成型试件的最大干密度可提高2%,最佳含水率降低16%,抗压强度平均提高140%,劈裂强度平均提高62%.

To better simulate the compaction characteristics of cement stabilized crushed gravel (CSCG) base, the vibration compaction parameters of vertical vibration testing equipment (VVTE) were studied and put forward based on the principle of simulating the compaction condition and effect in the field. The physical and mechanical properties of CSCG compacted using quasi static compaction method (QSCM) and vertical vibration testing method (VVTM) were compared and analyzed. According to the mechanical strength of field core samples (FCSs), the correlation between the laboratory compaction methods and the field was evaluated. The results show that the correlation of mechanical strength between FCSs and CSCG compacted using VVCM is as high as 91.0%, while that of QSCM is averagely 41. 8%. Compared with QSCM, the maximum dry density of the specimen compacted using VVTM can be increased by 2%, the optimum water content can be reduced by 16%, and the average compressive strength and splitting strength can be increased by 140% and 62%, respectively.
