为分析舱体类设备多余物检测效果影响因素,提出基于正弦激励的舱体设备多余物振动检测方法,研究了振动加速度、振动频率、多余物材质和粒径参数4个因素对粒子碰撞噪声检测(PIND)法效果的影响.通过单因素仿真试验探究了各因素对多余物检测效果的影响规律及原因,并采用正交试验法设计ADAMS仿真分析试验和振动试验,通过极差计算确定关键影响因素.结果表明,影响检测效果的关键因素为多余物材质,并给出多余物材质和粒径的识别方案及最佳振动试验条件,为舱体内部多余物参数的进一步识别分类提供了参考. |

Aiming at analyzing the factors affecting the detection effect of cabin device loose particles, a detection method based on sinusoidal vibration excitation is proposed, and the influences of vibration acceleration, vibration frequency, particle material and size parameters are investigated in the particle impact noise detection (PIND) method. Through the single factor simulation test, the influence law and reason of each factor on the detection effect of loose particles are studied, and the ADAMS simulation analysis test and vibration test are designed by the orthogonal experiment method, the key influence factors are determined by the range analysis method. The results show that the loose particle material is the key factor affecting the detection effect, and the way of loose particle material and size identification and the best vibration test conditions are confirmed. The results provide references for the further identification of cabin loose particles parameters. |
