波纹结构广泛地应用于工程实践中,如波纹板与波纹管.由于波纹结构的复杂性,解析方法很难精确表达其基本力学性能参数,同时,数值建模耗时较多,难以提高分析效率.波纹结构呈现典型的周期性,基于渐近均匀化方法可推导得到新格式.其便于在商业有限元软件上二次开发实现快速求解,从而获得波纹结构单胞等效力学性能参数.通过尺寸效应分析获得单胞选取的最佳尺寸;同时,针对某一波纹板建立其等效分析模型,在集中荷载作用下模拟其力学变形,通过与精细数值分析结果对比,发现其误差不到2%.充分验证了该等效方法的可行性,其为工程中波纹结构快速设计提供了一种有效途径. |

Corrugation structure is widely used in engineering practice, such as corrugated plate and pipe. Because of the complexity of corrugation structure, the analytical method can not express its basic mechanical property parameters accurately. Meanwhile, numerical modeling is time consuming that can not improve analysis efficiency. Corrugation structure presents a typical periodicity, so a new expression based on the asymptotic homogeneity method is deduced. It can carry on a secondary development in the commercial finite element software, and realize quickly solving. The mechanical property parameters can be acquired based on the corrugation structure micro cell. The best dimension of the micro cell is determined through dimension effect analysis. Moreover, corrugated plate is selected as the case, and the mechanical behavior is simulated under the concentrated force. The error is below 2% comparing with elaborate numerical analysis results. The feasibility of that equivalent method has been adequately verified, which provides an effective approach for the rapid design of the corrugation structure in engineering. |
