喷雾闪蒸海水淡化中液滴的闪蒸特性对于设备优化设计具有重要意义.建立了描述盐水液滴闪蒸过程的数学模型,模型考虑了液滴内部温度梯度及液滴表面的辐射换热.通过模拟计算,揭示了液滴闪蒸特性与空间距离的关系,分析了液滴初始速度、初始直径、初始盐度、初始温度以及喷射方向等参数的影响.结果表明,减小液滴初始直径、增大液滴初始速度,均有利于提高闪蒸速率;提高液滴初始温度,能够改善闪蒸效率;升高液滴初始盐度,闪蒸的速率和效率均下降;向上喷射时液滴闪蒸临界距离更短,闪蒸效率更高. |

The flash evaporation characteristics of droplets in spray flash evaporation seawater desalination are of great significance for the optimal design of equipment. A mathematical model is developed to describe the flash evaporation process of a brine droplet. The model takes into account the temperature gradient inside the droplet and the radiation heat transfer between the droplet and the environment. The relationship between droplet flash evaporation characteristics and space distance is revealed by simulation, and the influences of operating parameters such as droplet initial velocity, initial diameter, initial salinity, initial temperature, jet direction, etc. are analyzed. The results show that decreasing the droplet initial diameter and increasing the droplet initial velocity can improve the flash evaporation rate. Increasing the droplet initial temperature can improve the flash evaporation efficiency. With the increase of droplet initial salinity, both the flash evaporation rate and efficiency decrease. The upward injection has shorter critical distance and higher flash evaporation efficiency. |
