采用与施工现场压实效果相关性更好的垂直振动试验方法,研究了纤维掺量以及纤维类型对乳化沥青冷再生混合料路用性能的影响.结果表明:随着纤维掺量的增加,冷再生混合料动稳定度、弯拉应变、冻融劈裂强度等各项路用性能指标均先增大后减小.此外,与不掺加纤维冷再生混合料相比,试验选用的4种纤维对混合料水稳定性影响效果总体上均不明显;掺加木质素纤维的冷再生混合料高温稳定性能最好,动稳定度可提高79%,其最佳掺量为0.4%;掺加聚酯纤维的冷再生混合料低温抗裂性能最好,弯拉应变可提高19%,其最佳掺量为0.6%. |

The influence of fiber content and fiber type on pavement performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture was studied by vertical vibration test method.This method has better correlation with compaction effect in construction site. The results show that with the increase of fiber content, the dynamic stability, bending strain, freeze-thaw splitting strength and other road performance indicators of cold recycled mixtures increase first and then decrease. In addition, compared with the cold recycled mixtures without fibers, the effects of four kinds of fibers on the water stability of the mixtures are not obvious on the whole. The cold recycled mixture with lignin fiber has the best high temperature stability. The dynamic stability can be improved by 79%, and the optimum content is 0.4%. The cold recycled mixture with polyester fiber has the best crack resistance at low temperature. The bending strain can be increased by 19%, and the optimum content is 0.6%. |
