高温作业防护服应具备较好的热防护性和使用性.在降低研发成本的条件下,对高温作业防护服的厚度值进行了优化求解.首先将三维的热传导过程简化为一维问题,立足于傅里叶热传导定律、稳态热传导方程、传热学原理等,建立了一维稳态热传导模型,得到了厚度、时间与温度差之间的关系.利用有限差分法求解出温度分布情况,误差分析结果验证了模型的可靠性.在满足约束条件的情况下,对防护服第2层与第4层厚度的最优设计采用蒙特卡罗算法,可避免陷入局部最优解,降低了研发成本,缩短了研发周期.同时,还可为相关高温作业防护服设计及其衍生产业发展提供参考.

High-temperature operation protective clothing should have good thermal protection and availability. Under the condition of reducing the research and development cost, the thickness of the protective clothing for high-temperature operation is optimized. Firstly, the three-dimensional heat conduction process is reduced to one-dimensional problem. Based on Fourier′s law of thermal conductance, steady-state heat conduction equations and heat transfer principles, a one-dimensional steady-state heat conduction model is established, and the relationship of thickness, time, and temperature difference is obtained. The finite difference method is used to solve the temperature distribution. The error analysis results verify the reliability of the model. Under the condition that the constraint conditions are satisfied, the optimal design of the second and fourth layer thickness of the protective clothing is conducted by using Monte Carlo algorithm, which can avoid falling into the local optimal solution, reduce the research and development cost, and shorten the research and development cycle. At the same time, it can provide a basis for the design of related high-temperature thermal protective clothing and the development of its derivative industry.
