建立了并流进料机械蒸汽压缩(MVC)多效蒸发(MEE)系统自平衡循环的热力过程模型,分析了并流进料MVC-MEE系统中蒸发器效数、多效蒸发系统总温差、末效蒸发器二次蒸汽温度和MVC等熵效率对系统比功耗(wspc)的影响.计算结果显示:wspc随系统总温差的增大而增加,蒸发器效数越少,wspc增加的速率越大;蒸发器效数较多时,wspc的增加速率随系统总温差的增大而提高.在系统总温差一定时,wspc随蒸发器效数增加而明显降低,但随着蒸发器效数的增加,wspc的减小幅度降低.在蒸发器效数一定时,wspc随末效蒸发器二次蒸汽温度的升高略有降低,其影响随着蒸发器效数的增加而减小.在系统总温差一定时,wspc随MVC等熵效率的增加而降低,在系统总温差较大时,MVC等熵效率对wspc的影响更显著.

The thermodynamic process model of the parallel feed self-balancing cycle for multi-effect evaporation system with mechanical vapor compression (MVC-MEE) is established. The influences of different evaporator effect numbers, the total temperature difference of the MVC-MEE system, the secondary steam temperature of the final effect evaporator and the isentropic efficiency of the MVC on the specific power consumption (wspc) of the parallel feed MVC-MEE system are analyzed. The result shows that the wspcincreases with the increase of total temperature difference of the system. The fewer evaporator effect numbers there are, the greater the wspcacceleration rate is. When the number of evaporator effect is high, the acceleration rate of wspc increases with the rise of the total temperature difference of the system. The wspcdecreases significantly with the increase of evaporator effect numbers at constant total temperature difference of the system. In the meanwhile, the variation range decreases at higher evaporator effect numbers. The wspc decreases slightly with the rise of the secondary steam temperature in the final effect evaporator under constant evaporator effect numbers. And its influence decreases with more evaporator effect numbers. The wspc decreases with the increase of the isentropic efficiency of MVC while the total temperature difference of the system is constant. The isentropic efficiency of MVC has more significant effect on wspc at the large total temperature difference of the system.
