近年来发现一些细菌可在无光好氧条件下产生胞外活性氧,但对该过程影响因素等特性的研究未见报道.基于此,考察了无光好氧环境中,基质和有机污染物对海洋细菌产胞外H2O2和O-2的影响.结果表明,菌株在蛋白胨和牛肉膏培养基中均能产生胞外H2O2和O-2.胞外H2O2浓度与菌株生长期有关;添加200 mg/L布洛芬能提高体系H2O2浓度.其次,产胞外O-2能力也与菌株生长期有关,对数期最强,稳定期最弱.在相同浓度下,牛肉膏体系产胞外O-2的能力强于蛋白胨体系.

In recent years, it has been found that some bacteria can produce extracellular reactive oxygen species under the lightless and aerobic conditions, but the research on the influencing factors of this process has not been reported. Based on this, the effects of substrates and organic pollutants on the production of extracellular H2O2 and O-2 by marine bacteria are investigated. The results show that the strain can produce extracellular H2O2 and O-2 in peptone and beef extract medium. The concentration of extracellular H2O2 is related to the growth phases of bacteria, and the concentration of H2O2 can be increased by adding 200 mg/L ibuprofen. The ability of producing extracellular O-2 is also related to the growth phases of bacteria, with the strongest in logarithmic phase and the weakest in stationary phase. At the same concentration, the ability of producing extracellular O-2 in beef extract system is stronger than that in peptone system.
