大厚度碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)在大型飞机构件上应用广泛,经常需要对其进行大量的深孔加工.采用固定钻削参数加工工艺会导致钻削过程中热量严重累积,树脂高温软化,进而引起材料性能下降,严重影响制孔质量.因此为确定合适的加工工艺参数,研究深孔钻削过程中不同区段工艺对质量的影响,先对大厚度复合材料板钻削加工区段进行了划分,通过实验分析研究钻削过程中不同钻削阶段的热力学特性,得出了不同钻削阶段合适的钻削参数.在此基础上,以加工质量和效率为目标,提出一种分阶段变参数钻削大厚度复合材料板工艺方法,发现采用此种方法可以降低钻削过程产热以及出口位置轴向力,同时保证出口质量和孔壁质量,提高加工效率,是一种有效的新型加工工艺方案.

Large-thickness carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) is widely used in large aircraft component, a lot of deep holes need to be processed on it. Using fixed drilling parameters can lead to serious heat accumulation and softening of resin at high temperature during drilling, then the material properties decline, and the quality of the holes is seriously affected. Therefore, in order to select the appropriate processing parameters, it is necessary to study the influence of drilling technology in different sections on the hole quality during deep hole drilling, the drilling section of large-thickness composite plate is divided, the thermodynamic characteristics of different drilling sections in the drilling process are analyzed by experiments, and the appropriate drilling parameters for different drilling sections are obtained. On the basis of this, a method for drilling large-thickness composite plates with variable parameters in different sections is proposed, which is aimed at improving drilling quality and efficiency. It is found that this method can reduce heat production and axial force at the outlet position in drilling process, ensure the quality of outlet and hole wall at the same time, improve processing efficiency. It is an effective new processing technology.
