通过一步碳化法合成磁性碳纳米吸附剂(MCNs),对不同温度下合成的纳米碳材料的微观结构进行分析,探究了不同MCNs制备温度、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、pH等因素对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附效果的影响,获得吸附动力学规律,进一步对材料进行了循环吸附-解吸实验.实验结果表明:在25 ℃、pH=2、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度50 mg/L、吸附剂用量0.05 g下,接触时间为2 h时,MCN700对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附率和吸附量分别可达96.90%和56.28 mg/g.吸附动力学拟合结果更贴合伪二级动力学方程,表明MCN700对溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附以化学吸附为主.MCN700经过6次吸附-解吸实验后吸附率下降11.61%,表明材料具有较好的稳定性和再生能力.因此,MCN700适用于酸性六价铬废水的处理.

Magnetic carbon nano-adsorbents (MCNs) were synthesized by one-step carbonization method, and the microstructures of MCNs synthesized at different temperatures were analyzed. The effects of MCNs′ synthesis temperature, initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration, pH on the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) were investigated.The adsorption kinetics law was obtained and the cyclic adsorption-desorption experiment was further carried out. The experimental results show that the adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of Cr(Ⅵ) by MCN700 is 96.90% and 56.28 mg/g at 25 ℃, with an initial Cr(Ⅵ) concentration of 50 mg/L, pH of 2, adsorbent dosage of 0.05 g and contact time of 2 h. The adsorption kinetics fitting results are more suitable for pseudo-second-order kinetic equations, indicating that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) by MCN700 is mainly chemical adsorption. After 6 times of adsorption-desorption experiment, the adsorption rate of MCN700 is decreased by 11.61%, indicating that MCN700 has good stability and regeneration ability. Therefore, MCN700 is suitable for the acidic hexavalent chromium wastewater.
