伴随汽车后市场需求的持续增长,我国汽车快修连锁业发展迅猛.品牌扩张过程中,从众多候选店中合理地选择加盟店是首要难题.针对此问题,构建了汽车快修连锁店双层规划选址模型,其上层以总店收益最大为目标,下层以单店平均运营成本最小为目标.进而,以大连市汽车快修连锁店选址为例展开了应用研究,构建双层模型并求解,从40个候选店中选出最佳的连锁规模、地址以及最优配送路径,验证了所提模型的合理性和正确性.

With the sustainable growth of automotive aftermarket demand, automobile fast repairing chain industry in China is developing rapidly. In the process of brand expansion, it is the chief difficulty to choose franchises reasonably from many candidate stores. Aiming at this problem, a bi-level location identification programming model for automobile fast repairing chain store is proposed. The upper layer is aimed to maximize the profits of head office, and the lower layer is aimed to minimize the operating costs per store. And the application research of automobile fast repairing chain store location identification in Dalian city is described. The best scale, location and optimal delivery path from 40 candidate stores are chosen by modeling and solving, which verifies that the proposed model is reasonable and feasible.
