在选择催化还原(selective catalytic reduction,SCR)反应中,SO 2对脱硝催化剂活性具有重要影响.通过浸渍法制备的金属有机骨架(metal-organic frameworks,MOFs) MIL-100(Fe)(materials of Institute Lavoisier,MIL)担载CeO 2的CeO 2/MIL-100(Fe)催化剂在250 ℃含有500×10 -6 SO 2的条件下,对NO x 转化率在10 h内可以稳定在91%以上,高于MIL-100(Fe)催化剂的83%.原位红外漫反射傅里叶变换谱实验结果表明,SO 2会导致MIL-100(Fe)催化剂表面B酸性位上NH + 4物种的吸附强度降低,由此导致了含硫SCR反应中NO x 转化率下降.CeO 2/MIL-100(Fe)催化剂中由于添加了CeO 2,有效地减弱了SO 2对催化剂表面B酸性位上NH + 4物种吸附强度的影响,提高了含硫条件下NO x 的转化率,增强了复合催化剂在SCR反应中的抗硫性能.

In the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) reaction, SO 2 has the important effect on the catalytic activity of deNO x catalyst. The prepared metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) MIL-100(Fe) (materials of Institute Lavoisier, MIL) loading ceria catalyst by impregnation method shows 91% NO x conversion in 10 h at 250 ℃ with the presence of 500×10 -6 SO 2 in the SCR reaction, higher than that of 83% over MIL-100(Fe) catalyst. The results of in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform (DRIFT) spectroscopy experiments demonstrate that the intensity of NH + 4 species adsorbed on the Br nsted sites of MIL-100(Fe) surface decreases due to the presence of SO 2, which reduces the NO x conversion over MIL-100(Fe) in the SCR reaction. The addition of ceria in MIL-100(Fe) catalyst effectively inhibits the effect of SO 2 on the adsorbed NH + 4 species on the Br nsted sites, which increases NO x conversion and improves the ability of resistance to SO 2 of the composite catalyst in the SCR reaction.
